About My Practice
My primary specialty is anxiety related disorders utilizing Cognitive therapy seeks to counteract known "errors in thinking" that cause cognitive disorders.">cognitive/Behavioral therapy centers on the process of understanding behavior in context. Therefore, a functional behavioral assessment is needed before performing behavior modification. ">behavioral, play therapy (children of all ages) and stress management/meditation/relaxation approaches. I work with children, adolescents, adults and families and have extensive experience with Autism/Asperger's syndromes.

About Me
I received my Masters in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University and have been in private practice since 1996. I received my certification in hypnosis in 1993. My meditation training and practice began in 1989 and in 2004, I became a certified practitioner in Ayurveda after a course of study both in India and the U.S.
