I specialize in treating post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and other anxiety disorders as well as depression and anger problems. I have training and experience using prolonged exposure therapy and cognitive processing therapy, which are therapies that have been proven to be effective to treat post-traumatic stress disorder. I am also an experienced art therapist and I can integrate expressive therapy with cognitive behavioral therapy for clients who wish to use creative expression in therapy.
