About My Practice

> My clients feel very cared about and when they are through with treatment, they have developed a profound sense of well being. I work with adults (age 17 and up) who are struggling with mental health issues, including, but not limited to: PTSD (trauma) , depression, anxiety, panic attacks, life transitions, grief, relationship issues, co-dependency, ACOA (adult children of alcoholics) and family members of alcoholics.

I have over 27 years of clinical experience. I am GENTLE AND EFFECTIVE in helping people,release wounding and perceptions that cause suffering and to develop a positive and loving relationship with themselves and others.I have deep compassion for people who are suffering with emotional issues and difficult life circumstances. I believe strongly in people's ability to heal It is an honor to be part of people's healing and to witness profound transformation through the work that we do together. I have a strong clinical background and have integrated EMDR as well as other modalities into the work we do together. I respect each perosn's uniquenss. I am committed to continually learning and evolving as a therapist. I see healing our wounds as essential and sacred amd I am devoted to helping people overcome their emotional suffering.
