Description:
The Mid-Life Women's Group provides a safe supportive environment to discuss issues that we all struggle with in our lives. Some of these issues are: defining ourselves (lifestyle, goals, value, and priorities), relationships with partners and others, career/work, money, mental and physical health, aging, and loss.
