Group Description: Do you experience social anxiety in group settings? Would you like to build meaningful connections with peers? Consider therapy in a supportive group environment. This group assists individuals in exploring their experiences in life with the goal of healing, positive change and self development. Join us for an in-person group therapy experience designed to cultivate emotional acceptance and well-being in an inclusive environment. Developing tolerance, compassion, and understanding we will explore our emotional responses to ourselves and others. Benefits of the group: Reduce social anxiety; Increase self-acceptance; Enhance boundaries; Reduce people-pleasing behaviors; Practice being clearer and more direct in communications; Utilize the group dynamic to heal.
