Group Name: Nurturing the Narrative (Women's Group)

Cost: $40 per session (Aetna, United, Oscar, and Oxford insurances accepted)

Location: Online via Zoom

Target Clients: Women 30 years or older who are looking to receive support and connect on what it means to be a woman in today's world.

Group Description:
 A closed women's group designed to bring women ages 30+ years together to connect and embrace all that it means to be a woman. People who would be a good fit might relate to the following: I find it difficult to trust, connect, or find satisfaction in some of the relationships with friends and family in my life; Caring for others comes more naturally to me than caring for myself; I have so many responsibilities and roles in my life that I struggle to keep up with them all; I do the best I can and work hard but I am never satisfied with my efforts; I need help or more support in my life, but I find it difficult to ask for it and/or trust that I will receive it  The group will run continuously for 8 weeks. Registration required by Friday, January 12th.

When the Group Meets: Thursdays from 6-7:30 PM starting January 18th for 8 weeks.
