Group Description: Is your use of alcohol or other substances feeling less than ideal? Join a supportive virtual group for adults interested in exploring or changing their relationship to substances or seeking support to manage or stop use. Based on the principles of Integrated Harm Reduction Psychotherapy (IHRP), this group doesn't demand abstinence as the only acceptable destination. We respect that change happens in waves, not sudden tsunamis, and we celebrate any step you take towards effecting change on your terms.

In this safe and non-judgmental space, you will:

·      Connect with others who understand your experiences and challenges.

·      Explore your personal relationship with substances openly and honestly.

·      Set realistic goals to improve well-being.

·      Learn practical tools and strategies for managing cravings and making healthy choices.

·      Develop self-compassion and confidence to navigate challenges with yourself and in your relationships.

Our group is led by an experienced IHRP therapist who will guide you on your journey. IHRP blends mindfulness practice, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic exploration to create a unique and personalized experience for each member.

This group is for you if you are:

·      Curious about exploring your relationship with substances in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

·      Ready to make positive changes, but feel overwhelmed and unsure where to start.

·      Looking for a community of like-minded individuals who understand your struggles and will support each other.
