Group Description:
When we make space for our grief, we make space for our lives, and for new life to emerge. Grief, as a spiritual change agent, works on—and for—us. It awakens and unearths disenfranchised loss and parts of oneself; realigns and redirects our inner compass; and tenderizes and restores the heart to its natural state of openness and wonder. The group emphasis is on experiential processes including dialogue, guided meditation, poetry, reflective reading/writing, and more. Optimally, the group serves as an adjunct to individual therapy. Participants are asked to commit to attending the full six-session series.

When the Group Meets: Alternating Mondays, starting April 1, 2024. Time: TBD based on registrant consensus: 4 to 5:30, 5 to 6:30, or 5:30 to 7 pm. Dates: April 1, 15, 29; May 6, 20; & June 3.
