Using a person-centered, compassionate approach, I integrate cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based therapies to help you better understand yourself, clarify what matters most to you, and take meaningful steps toward living more authentically.

I also incorporate body-based awareness and movement practices to help you understand how emotions show up in the body, what those emotions may be communicating, and how to reconnect with your own internal wisdom.
