CHECK QUALIFICATIONS
Use our checklist to ensure that you qualify to become a member of the Hudson Valley Guild

SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit your application by visiting the Membership Application page. You will receive a confirmation via email when your application has been accepted

PAY MEMBER DUES
If you are an existing member transitioning to the new site, you will opt into the temporary 2026 plan, where you'll be required to re-enroll in the new year. For first-time members, you will enroll in the New Member plan.

JOIN THE DIRECTORY (OPTIONAL)
Once member dues are paid, you can use your account to be included in the Therapist Directory. Remember: you must have active liability insurance in order to be included

Once approved and paid, take advantage! Perks include a community of similar clinicians in your area, listing in the directory, and more
If you joined the Guild later in the year and would like to discuss a prorated adjustment to reflect the length of time your plan was active, please reach out to the Board. We’re happy to help determine the best option for your continued membership.
LOOKING FOR HOW TO PAY?
A temporary complimentary membership has been created to provide uninterrupted access and connection as we prepare for the launch of our new membership structure in January 2027. Your transition membership will remain active through December 31, 2026.
For the first year of membership, you will enroll in the New Member plan. The following year, and every year your membership is active following, you can choose from one of our tiered membership options, depending on your needs and qualifications, coming in 2027.
