Bio/Practice Statement
I enjoy characterizing my practice as Psychology with a Soul. Our capacity to heal and grow relies upon the integration, balancing and the unifying of our hearts and minds. The path to this integration is created through our healing partnership, which involves identifying the psychodynamic issues/patterns and spiritual elements or beliefs and using an attachment based relational approach to work through these issues. Additionally, I am an Attachment Focused EMDR therapist, which treats our emotional and imaginative selves as well as our problem solving intellectual selves.
