I’m a psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience working in private practice, mental health clinics in Manhattan, and family systems work. Today, I work individually with adults who are motivated to heal from interpersonal wounds and create change in their here-and-now relationships. I integrate parts work, somatic therapy, psychodynamic, relational, and mindfulness-based approaches to support deep healing.

I also see clients who are struggling with: sexual trauma histories (approached with care & at the client’s pace), death anxiety, health anxiety, cultural dissonance & belonging struggles (including immigrants, LGBTQIA+ folks & adults who come from families with different belief systems) & new parents who are feeling isolated, enraged, anxious, or depressed.
