Participants will explore and learn about shadow work, write, connect with oneself and each other during this evening of depth and care. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring layers. Tea and water will be available, however please bring any other desired snacks or drinks. Cost is offered on a sliding scale $40-$60 for this 2.5 hour mini retreat.
